Refund and Returns Policy

At Peters Brothers, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do allow for exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@pbhats.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Exchanges:

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for exchanges. If the product you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will offer store credit or the option to choose a different product.

Gifts:

If you have received a product as a gift and wish to exchange it, please contact us at info@pbhats.com with the order number and a description of the issue.

Shipping Returns:

All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Custom orders have a production time of approximately one year, and we ask that our customers understand and accept this timeline before placing their order. Wait times are not inclusive to the production timeline and may vary or change without notification.
